TLC is a professional brand representing a core group of legal experts with long-standing collaboration in pharmaceutical and healthcare law. Depending on the nature of each engagement, members may work through different entities, including law firms or consulting companies.
This engagement is entered into with ChampTime, BioArk, a participating entity of TLC, which assumes full responsibility for the legal services provided. The use of TLC branding in this document reflects our specialized focus and continued commitment to legal excellence in the life sciences sector.

靈魂人物： 鄒孟珍執行長（前 TFDA 法務、公衛博士候選人、陽明交大兼任講師）。
團隊資歷： 執業 15 年以上，具醫藥專業背景。
專業領域： 數位健康 (SaMD)、臨床試驗合約、再生醫療、政府溝通、資料治理、IRB 諮詢。

政府事務策略： 橋接國際視野與在地監管，對接中央及地方政策。
創新法規准入： 專精 AI 醫材與再生醫療，規劃尖端技術的合規路徑。
